My work comes from over 35 years of experience. My teaching of dance from an early age, movement, Pilates, Shiatsu, Cranial Sacral Therapy and Osteopathy (European) have given me a deep and meaningful understanding of how the body functions. All these different disciplines have taught me how to understand bodies for a better way of life. Not one person is the same so not one person is going to receive the same treatment. My work is individual to you.
What to expect?
Your first appointment will be 60 minutes which includes your case history, assessment and an initial treatment and / or exercise. Follow up appointments are either 30 or 50 minutes. Generally I will give advice on what you can do at home. This advice is part of your treatment and is most important to fulfill.
Due to my experience in many different disciplines, you can sometimes expect your treatment to move between these different disciplines. The most important thing is I will be using my skills and tools that suit your needs.
You can read more about these disciplines: What is Osteopathy? / What is Pilates? / What is Movement Integration?
